What is landscape photography all about? And why would you lug tons of gear to the most remote places just to expose yourself to the most adverse conditions? The only true answer I can find is that I do it because I just love it. Around every corner a new wonder reveals itself. Within seconds the light changes, within minutes the weather and within hours an entire landscape changes. The photography of these landscapes is filled with excitement, marked by both excitement and disappointment.
